Trip to Buenos Aires with Carina

August 1st – 8th 2008

(I would like to recommend you to print this information)

Hello Tango Friends,

I am attaching a draft of the itinerary and schedule for the trip to Buenos Aires coming up really soon.

While I am still working on our final lodging details, I want to provide you with an idea of what to expect in terms of activities.

Some things are for sure:

In terms of lodging I am looking at a Tango Hostel in downtown and 3 or 4 stars Hotels in between Downtown, Congreso and Recoleta.  We will only go to sleep and take a shower there, I can guarantee you that. ;- )

In order to make a reservation a deposit is required:

$500 until July 8th.

50 % in between July, 8th and 14th

100% by July 21st.

You may send a check to: Carina Rosario Losano: An additional 3% for if you would like to use PayPal.

If staying at a 3 or 4 star hotel, the approximate package price per person will be US$ 1,499.00 based on double occupancy, and add $400 for single occupancy.

If staying at a Tango Guest House, the price could be cheaper.

I am negotiating this options as soon as I get confirmed registrations and quotes.

Not included: Airfare, transportation in the city, meals & beverages, except dinner at Tango Show (but count on going to great places!).

·        Some activities may change based on current availability, holidays, unforeseen events or last minute hot finds!
